HD & MD Prop Jacks

Our adjustable steel props are available in both medium and heavy-duty categories. All props are manufactured in accordance with BS-1139 Part 1 and are supplied with either a painted or galvanized finish.
Product Specifications:
Medium Duty Props: Feature a 48mm outer diameter (OD) inner pipe (2mm thickness) and a 60mm OD outer pipe (2mm thickness). They are available in one standard size of 4.0m (adjustable from a minimum of 2.5m to a maximum of 4.0m) and weigh 11.5kg.
Heavy Duty Props (Max 15 kN load): Feature a 48mm OD inner pipe (3.2mm thickness) and a 60mm OD outer pipe (3.0mm thickness), supplied with a heavy-duty prop sleeve and nut and 'G' type pin.
Heavy Duty Props (Max 20 kN & 30 kN load): Feature a 60mm OD inner pipe (3.0mm thickness) and a 76mm OD outer pipe (3.0mm thickness), supplied with a special heavy-duty prop sleeve, nut, and 'G' type pin.
Accessories: The system includes essential components such as prop sleeves, 'G' type pins, and prop nuts with handles.
