Cuplock Standards & Ledgers

Cuplock Standards and Ledgers are the primary structural components of the Cuplock Scaffolding System, designed to provide exceptional strength, stability, and ease of assembly for a wide range of construction applications.

The Cuplock Standards feature pairs of top and bottom cups positioned at 500 mm intervals. The captive movable top cups are manufactured from durable malleable cast steel to withstand rough site handling, while the bottom cups are pressed from high-quality steel to ensure long-lasting performance. Standards are available in eight standard sizes ranging from 0.8 m to 3.0 m, making them suitable for various scaffolding heights and project requirements.

The Cuplock Ledgers are equipped with forged blade ends that securely lock into the top and bottom cups of the standards, creating a rigid and reliable connection. Their robust design requires minimal maintenance while ensuring quick installation and dismantling. Ledgers are available in eight standard sizes ranging from 0.6 m to 2.5 m, offering flexibility for different bay sizes and construction layouts.
